What’s Included?
Our developer can collect you from Faro Airport or you can hire a car, whatever you prefer. You can stay for 2 nights at the lovely Isla Canela Golf hotel on a half board basis for only €70 per room per night.
Make Your Own Way There
You can make you own way to Isla Canela if you are already in Spain or you can take advantage of the all in inspection trip.
Viewing Trip
After arranging your viewing trip with us you will be collected from Faro Airport by a private chauffer and taken to the Isla Canela Golf Hotel where you will be met by one of our representatives. I personally did this when I visited the development, and it was a delightful hassle free experience.
Isla Canela Golf Hotel
You can stay for 2 nights with half board accommodation at a special rate of 70 Euros for the Room per night (this is refunded if you purchase). Your representative will discuss the area and the Island, and you will be given a folder to browse at your leisure with photos and maps, etc.
Depending on tides you can also benefit from being taken on a tour around the island by boat. A unique experience!
You will be shown around the golf course and stop at the golf club for refreshments, where you will have the opportunity to chat to other residents of Isla Canela. Then it’s off for lunch to a local restaurant before visiting the charming town of Ayamonte (if you like fresh produce – don’t forget to pop by their wonderful indoor market) and surrounding areas then return to Isla Canela where you will see the marina and lovely beaches, followed by viewings to the different properties of interest.
Nothing is completely fixed about the viewing trip, and you are free to do as you wish, maybe you just want to view apartments and take some time out on the beach, there’s no pressure!
Our developer can also introduce you to English speaking lawyers, arrange NIE numbers, powers of attorney if needed and bank accounts advice etc.

Already Visiting Properties in Spain?
If you are already in Spain or Portugal and would prefer to make your own way to Isla Canela, please get in touch to arrange a visit.
All viewings have to be pre-arranged so please do not just turn up at the resort, otherwise you will not be able to visit any properties.
